Erica Thomas, the CEO and Founder of Garnet Financial Consultants, has been in the Finance and Accounting industry for over 15 years.  Erica is a Board Certified Credit Consultant, a member of the Credit Consultants Association, a Consumer Credit Advocate, Financial Advisor, Notary Public and Tax.

As a teenage mother, Erica had to learn to be independent and become an adult at a very young age.  She worked very hard to put herself through school and raise her beautiful baby girl.  Unfortunately, with that came a lot of hardship and struggle.  The hardship and struggle included losing jobs, losing apartments, losing cars and damaging her credit all while trying to survive and raise a child as a single mother.  Erica made a promise to herself that she would not only work hard to get herself out of the hole, but she would also teach herself to fix her credit and build a positive financial future for her and her family.
